The Company will be responsible for delivering the ordered goods, directly to the location of the end customer. in Delhi NCR.

The Company will be responsible for any breakage or damages that happen in the transit of the product from the Company warehouse to the customer’s doorstep.(Delhi NCR)

Semicolon shall be responsible for providing adequate information of installation to the customer simultaneously guiding regarding the placement and ensuring the complete satisfaction of the customer

The whole customer service process will be defined by the Company based on the SOPs.

Estimated time is taken for the goods to be transported from the Semicolon Distribution Center to the customer’s location (anywhere in India) in 45-60 business days.


As per policy customers has to pay 50% advance while placing the order and 50%  before shipping from our SDC(semicolon distribution centre). All funds are to be cleared before the final dispatch of goods. All items shall be dispatched post-approval or QC at Semicolon Head Office.


Final sale and clearance items are considered final sales and are non-returnable and non-refundable.Kindly review thoroughly before purchase.


Our furniture is well thought and made as per standard specifications. For Custom orders, we begin production immediately upon order confirmation and are built to your specific requirement. They cannot be modified, changed, refunded or returned.


Our products are carefully handled and handcrafted in our unit, we take extra precautions to secure these products while in transportation for safe delivery of the goods,  considering unforeseen circumstances and multiple handling and movement at times may damage these goods. We secure most of the goods with multilayer packaging involving Plastic wraps, Bubble sheets, Foam sheets, Foam Corners all packed in Heavy gauge Corrugated boxes. To further secure these, at a minimal cost, we often pack them with wooden crates in some cases as per requirement. We understand that these wooden crates make the packaging bulky, however, they are absolutely necessary for securing the product during transportation and unavoidable in a few cases.


All sales will be done through our stores only.

No refund of money will be allowed the only exchange of products is allowed.

Change of upholstery is allowed according to the client’s choice but the fabrics charges will be borne by the client.
